If you have a life-threatening or severe injury, call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room. We can treat a variety of traumatic dental injuries, including teeth that have been chipped, moved, or knocked out entirely. Please call our office at 520-722-2992 right away for assistance.
Our CDC COVID-19 Community Level is LOW! Masks are welcome, but not currently required in our waiting area, per CDC public indoor guidance. Because your health and safety are our top priorities, our team will continue wearing masks and following strict COVID-19 safety protocols during all exams and procedures.
On your first appointment, we request you bring your new patient packet and a list of your current medications. If you haven’t filled out your new patient packet, which includes detailed information about your medical and dental history, we will provide them at your first appointment! Please come about 15 minutes early so you have time to fill them out!
It’s recommended that most patients visit the dentist every six months for a routine cleaning and check-up. However, some patients may require more frequent visits based on their individual needs and risk factors.
Our office is located at 2300 N Craycroft Rd STE 4, Tucson, AZ 85712 in Tucson. We’re conveniently located at Grant & Craycroft diagonal from Tucson Medical Center.
We are a fee for-service office but are happy to file all insurance claims on your behalf.
